About me
Joanne Del Core is a Co-Active Coach who has had a successful career in both the publishing and creative industries. Her practical introduction to life coaching came through her years of experience in recruiting, where she implemented life-coaching techniques to guide others in the pursuit of their career goals. The key to her success was to look beyond an individual’s skills and get into their hearts. She noticed, time and time again, that people were infinitely more successful when doing something that they were passionate about, and when they were aligned with their core values. This is ultimately what Joanne fosters as a life coach, importance and discovery of one’s greater self.
Joanne currently spends her time working with individuals in private one-on-one sessions, leading group workshops and seminars, and furthering her educational accreditation in leadership and coaching development. Joanne is committed to sharing her insights into the human condition, creating awareness, and most importantly, sparking an internal dialogue. She believes coaching is a journey of exploration and excavation that directly leads to transformation and ultimately uncovers the individual and collective excellence that everyone possesses.

Where have you been?
Heart of hearts
Wounds of wounds
Hallow are the hollow
Fullness are the empty
Mindlessness are the mindfulness
How can I open up to the wounds of the past if I can’t feel them?
Numbness is the ambivalence of the mind
You are playing strip poker with your spirit who always wins
The void is the hallow fullness
Trust is the hallow emptiness
Die and [...]
