My aim is to enhance your experience as a client, by bringing trust and care to therapy, so that core level healing can be facilitated. I also bring creative interventions and multiple modalities, including body-based work to our work so that a client can learn how to be informed by their emotions rather than be used by them.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist and a University of Toronto graduate with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I have also obtained certification in Co-Active Coaching and Leadership Development and worked as an Emotional Intelligence Strategist for over 15 years working with children, parents and adults.
I work with individuals, young adults and working professionals who are looking to heal current and past trauma, those experiencing grief, interpersonal stress in relationships, and want to improve their ability to manage stress, anxiety, and change. I specialize in anxiety, infertility, anger management, emotional flooding, and depression.
I work with children on topics related to anxiety, grief, divorce, and school stress. I specialize in helping children understand their worry and work through it.
I deliver workshops for teachers and parents on emotional development practices in the home and the classrooms for children.
